Description
This alarm indicates a technical fault when the information exchange between the inverter’s internal control board and the sensors is not correct. Another reason could be a fault in the system parameters or a software mismatch.
How to Fix Alarm
First, restart the inverter completely. Turn off both the AC and DC breakers, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on.
If the problem persists, check the inverter settings to see if any values have changed abnormally. Often, this alarm can also occur due to voltage fluctuations.
